How to use Zoom Phone
Zoom Phone – Cloud VoIP Phone Services
Zoom Phone is a feature-rich cloud phone system used by Atlanta International School.
With Zoom Phone you can make phone calls with the same ease and familiarity as Zoom video meetings
In this guide you will learn:
- How to sign in to Zoom phone using AIS credentials on your computer and on your smartphone
- How to use Zoom phone
To use Zoom phone on the computer:
1. Open the Zoom app on your computer. It is already installed on all AIS computers.
2. Click Sign in
3. Click SSO
4. Type in "aischool" and click Continue
5. This will open the browser window with Onelogin. Sign in to your Onelogin, which will redirect you to this page:
Click Open zoom.us
6. Zoom app will open. Click the Phone icon to make calls. Make sure to keep the Zoom app open to receive calls. I recommend installing the Zoom app on your Smartphone as well to ensure that you won't miss any calls.
To use Zoom phone on your smartphone:
Install Zoom app For Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=us.zoom.videomeetings&hl=en_US&gl=US
For iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/zoom-cloud-meetings/id546505307
After you installed it, open it.
1. Tap Sign In:
2. Tap Sign In with SSO:
3. Type "aischool" and click Continue:
4. The browser with the Onelogin window will open. Sign in with your AIS Onelogin account:
5. After you signed in, click on the Open Zoom button in the pop-up message:
6. Zoom app will open. Click the phone icon to see call history.
Click the keypad icon to see Keypad:
You can use the Zoom Phone app as a regular phone and make calls to cellphones/landline/international numbers. Your caller ID is displayed at the bottom of the keypad.
