How to view emergency contact and authorized pick up information in myAIS

You can check up-to-date emergency contact and authorized pick-up information in the myAIS Veracross portal by following the steps below:

2. Login with your email and password. If you don't know your password you can reset it by clicking "Can't access account" on the login page.

3. myAIS Portal homepage will open. Click on the My Household button, then click on the Household profile link

4. On the opened page, scroll down to the Household Contacts section.

To view emergency contacts click on "Contacts for Your Student Name"

To view authorized pick-up information click on "Pickup Authorization"
