How to use Self Service

Self Service is an application on your AIS Macbook that allows you to install school applications, run updates, and troubleshoot problems.

It is one of the first steps to try when it comes to a quick resolution of issues.

To access the "Self Service" application:

1. Click in the upper-right corner of the menu bar, or press Command-Space bar.

Enter "Self Service" and press enter:

2. In Self Service application home screen you will see featured apps and tools:

3. Use the Search field on the upper left corner to find desired applications:

4. You can also browse through app categories or view all apps:

5. After finding your desired app, click the app box to learn more about the app or install it.

6. The installed app will be in your Applications folder.
