How to change voicemail PIN using Zoom Phone

To see or change your voicemail pin:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal via your Onelogin. To do so, go to your Onelogin and click the Zoom tile:

2. Zoom WebPortal will open. Click Phone.

If you are accessing this tab first time, the system might ask you to do a quick set-up of your account, including your voicemail pin:

3. If you didn’t see a Quick Setup window, click the Settings tab and scroll down to see your PIN number.

You can also use the Zoom app desktop client or mobile app to play and manage your voicemail messages.
