myAIS Board Portal Instructions

1. Please lookout for a welcome email from Veracross with a username and link to set up a password.

If you have not received this email, please submit an IT Help Desk ticket by going to https://atlantainternationalschool.freshservice.com/support/home.

2. Go to https://accounts.veracross.com/ais/portals/login and log in using your username and password.

3. If you are also a Parent at AIS, you can click on the icon at the top of the screen to switch between the myAIS Parent Portal and the myAIS Board Portal.
