How to create a Maintenance request

1. On the Freshservice homepage (https://support.aischool.org/), click Login at the upper-right corner of the screen:

2. If you are logged in to your Onelogin, you will be immediately logged in.

However, you might see a login window.

If you see a Login window(like on the screenshot below), click log in with Onelogin (for Students or Employees):

3. You may be prompted to enter your Onelogin credentials.

After you log in, you will be able to make Maintenance requests and see the history of your tickets.
