How to add and import your Class Schedules to your Google Calendar
Introduction
You can import your Class Schedules into your Google Calendar in two parts:
First: you will subscribe to your Class Schedules so that that calendar appears in your list of other calendars.
Second: you will import that Class Schedules calendar into your main Google Calendar, that’s the first calendar listed with your name. This step will allow users to see that you are busy during your teaching times.
Note: Here is the link to the rotation day calendar. Subscribe to the calendar in Google Calendar by choosing the plus (+) button next to "Other calendars." Then choose "From URL." Paste the URL, then click "Add calendar." http://api.veracross.com/ais/v2/rotation_days.ics?rotation=3
Please note that completing part 2 in this process, importing your Class Schedules calendar into your main Google Calendar, is permanent. Once your class schedules are imported, the import cannot be undone. If your class schedules get updated later in the year, you will need to manually remove any incorrect dates from your main Google Calendar. Follow the steps below to continue.
