1. To update your information or information for your household, find the Directory menu option at the top of the page on your myAIS Parent Portal.

2. Select Household Profile

3. Select each of the categories to update information within that category. (Home phone numbers cannot be updated through this process. To update a home phone number please submit a support ticket)

4. After making any update, you can check on the status of the update by going to the Update Log. Updates go through an approval process before being changed in the system.
