How to reset your Onelogin Password

This article applies only to employees. Students will need to contact AIS IT Support for a password reset.

To reset your Onelogin password:

1. Go to the AIS Onelogin homepage at https://aischool.onelogin.com/ and click on the "Forgot password" link.

2. Enter your AIS OneLogin email address and click on the "Continue" button.

3. Choose a 2FA verification method for the password reset. You can use either Onelogin Protect or Google Authenticator (whichever you have set as your two-factor authentication method)

Note: If you don't have access to your 2FA device, you can contact AIS IT Support for assistance.

Verify your password reset attempt by using your 2FA app:

4. Once you verified the password reset with your 2FA device, you will be prompted to create a new password. Enter your new password and confirm it.

5. Your password has been reset, and you can now log in to your OneLogin account with your new password.
