How to connect to ais.wifi

To check if you are connected to ais.wifi click on the wifi icon in the upper-right corner of your screen:

Please note: all AIS-owned devices need to be connected to ais.wifi, not ais.public or ais.guest.

If you are not connected to ais.wifi, you can connect to it by running Fix my Wifi tool from Self Service.

This tool will clean and fix most of the issues with your network and it will automatically connect you to ais.wifi.
